High School Performance call time and warm-up
All Sprague band members – 6:15pm
Leave cases in the band room, unless multiple instruments are being played.
Middle School Call Time & Warm Up
Middle School Students arrive – 6:30pm
Enter through Sprague Athletic Entrance and proceed to GYM Area.
MS Case Storage – Upper Gym (take instrument and music to main gym)
Main Gym – Performance Area (Downstairs)

When not performing, members will sit as a group on the north side of the gym and should demonstrate exemplary audience etiquette.
Stage clearing/clean up assignments
*Teams of students will be needed to help pull out and put away the gym floor cover as well as setting up chairs, stands, and percussion equipment before the concert.
All members are expected to help put equipment away:
Percussion – percussion equipment
Wind Ensemble – assist with percussion equipment
Symphonic Band – put away performance chairs, clean gym
All – put away music stands, clean hallways and commons
